Whoa... that PDF attachment was huge (2 Mb). In general, attachments
shouldn't be sent to mailing lists at all, but placed somewhere on the
web (eg the wiki) and a link sent to the list, as they can really slow
things down for anyone accessing their email over a slow connection.
