To be honest if Ekes had just asked for the sub-domain to
be set up in IRC I'd have just done it -- in this case I
don't really see the need for an extensive process because
it's a trusted IMC UK person helping get the site up, if
it was a new group of people we would probably want to
move a bit slower till we got to know them.

But this doesn't apply here -- there is no New UK IMC
process -- things are done on a far more ad-hoc basis
here... when a sub-domain has been needed it's been

I don't think it's something so new -- it's just setting
up a sub-domain for an Indymedia project in the UK, and
this is something that has been done is the past in a
informal manner and I don't know if changing this way of
working makese sense -- if we are going to have a big
formal process before .org.uk sub-domains are set up then
we might as well just used the global New IMC for that.
