Dear all,

As was fairly inevitable the site at http://www.indycymru.org.uk/ has  
hit a bug and died.

I'd like now to proceed to a trial of the MIR software so that  
everyone in the Wales collective, physically disparate as we are, can  
try it out and work out what to do.

Can we outline / work out what to do with such a test, set up a   
testing subdomain etc?
