[Imc-uk-network] PROPOSAL: network meeting decision time

Hi,

This network meeting has been announced since the last network meeting, is in an accessible location, and has a good number of people attending (they just mostly happen to be Londoners) as such I see no problem in it having full decision making powers.

I'm still planning on attending, and letyourlifesing is provisionally attending.
