Nice one, thanks for the offer Bristol. I guess Birmingham weren't able
to do it after all? (I probably missed that mail)

I really hope the discussion will ease up a little and people will put
effort into preparing the network meeting, and finding a way forward.

Would be good to hear how many people Bristol can deal with. If there
will be an accommodation problem, we'll figure out what to do then. Just
to input on some of the arguments against delegates: the way I
understood Sy's proposal it was aimed at not having 10 people from one
collective there if the sleeping spaces are scarce, not to exclude
anyone who does not currently have a collective.

Bristol are doing us all a great favour by stepping up and taking this
on, after we have all been dodging it, so I'm surprised that their
concern towards allocating their resources in the most effective manner
seems to be understood as an attempt to exclude anyone.
