Really?
To blanket 'nationalisms' as regressive is misleading. Many radical political activists find the use of 'regions' to describe Scotland as objectionable, the sort of language use normally associated with the British State.
English IMCs should be wary of confusing Brit nationalism with Scottish or Irish republicanism

I think that it's an excellent way to enact a critique of nationalism;
to define the area of IMCs to be aggregated by geography rather than
nation-state. That would mean a name change, presumably to 'British
Isles Indymedia' or 'UK & Eire' or something of the sort.
