hi all,

There hasn't been an active manchester collective for some time. 

In order not to give a false impression, it seems like a good idea to let people know this. It may be a good way of getting people involved to be active. 

Dear people on listwork - what is the best way to do this? is it best to remove the list totally, or is there someway of letting people know that it is not active if we just set the list to inactive? 

I'm suggesting people currently join imc-northern as although things aren't clear, at least there's life.
