[Imc-uk-network] Network meeting

Note: As this is relevant to all collectives in the network, I have cc'd
the network list, however as it's a matter of process I suggest keeping
future discussion to the process list only to keep list traffic down and
the discussion coherent.



Hi all,

everyone seems to be in agreement that we are in dire need for a network
meeting. As no collective has volunteered to host one so far, I would
suggest we adopt the process below for the future. As I want to allow
some time for discussion, I'm sending to propose and people are welcome
to take it up in propose if they feel like a consensus could be reached.

Future network meeting are to be hosted by the collectives of the
network in turn. They are responsible for finding a space for meeting
and sleeping and starting the agenda. Filling and agreeing the agenda is
the responsibility of all members of the network.

United Kollectives (taken from the UK site) alphabetical list:

    Birmingham
    Bristol/South West
    Cambridge
    Liverpool
    London
    Manchester
    Northern England
    Nottinghamshire
    Oxford
    Scotland
    Sheffield
    South Coast


I suggest we start at the top and work our way to the bottom of this
list. So, is Birmingham up for hosting a network meeting within the
coming 4 months? (random time limit, just to have one that's not too far
off in the future)
