[Imc-uk-network] MIR accounts of former members of LeedsBradford IMC

At a meeting of the Northern Indymedia Collective today we decided that
we had no reason to keep our admin accounts on the UK MIR system.

Therefore the accounts of everyone who was present at that meeting have
now been deleted, including me. Accounts that were marked as belonging
to LeedsBradford, but who's owners weren't at the meeting, have been
disabled. None of those were active.
