[Imc-uk-network] minutes are up

Hello,

Minutes for the imc-uk network meeting are now available at:

They get a bit patchy towards the end of the day as I got tired, so a
little filling in wouldn't hurt.   I have made little or no attempt to
provide a blow-by-blow account of every nuanced argument at the meeting,
choosing instead to boil down my rough notes so that the action points
stand out clearly.

Hopefully I've done an alright job of it.  Thanks to everybody for the
great meeting, and thanks especially to the Bristol people for hosting
us all.  Good food and beer afterwards too!
