Second round of emails trying to get a date for the meeting. I have
added more dates here,

since it looks like we have now lost the chance to meet in February and
probably also March? Please put your names there. Thanks.

Bristol people: this can not happen if you don't confirm the dates we
can go. We can state our availability as a guideline, but if you do not
take it on, and decide on a date that looks reasonable, the process of
having a meeting will collapse again.
