I think it's very helpful to have that proposed implementation as an
example so people can see how the proposed changes look in the wild.

but if you look there are actually quite a lot of changes that people
might need to really look at, so it might be helpful to break them down
and describe them and try to present that in one email. I appreciate that
this has been happening over the course of the development.

I agree. Let's break down the proposed changes and use it as a way of
increasing imc uk network communications and involvement. At the end of it
we'll end up with a better site and a better network.
