[Imc-uk-process] re-activate press list request

for next time,
can we please check with the "uk-process-list" or whatever local list 
and wait for consensus before asking listwork and confuse every one please?

If you tell them "press list" they think you talk about the global press 
list which was never closed, if you talk "print" list, the same applies..
