Hi
The tech stuff can be followed up just on imc-uk-tech, in
this email I want to deal with the imc-uk-process issues.

We did agree last year, after narrowing it down to Calyx
and Riseup to go with Calyx in NL, on the basis that the
NL Friends of Indymedia Foundation would be willing to
enter into a legal greeement with Calyx on behalf of the
IMCs hosted on the box, however we *still* haven't had a
yes or a no from the NL Friends of Indymedia... :-/
So I think another plan is needed:
1) Get a cheapish (don't blow all the server money) box
*now* for hosting with Riseup, GDM can help set it up.
2) Continue exploring the Calyx NL plan (we could do with
multiple redundant server around the globe).
So I fully support GDM's proposal, I suggest we allow up
to £1,500 for this server hardware, and get on with it
ASAP!
