Hi again (for the legal list - hello, I'm Lee - details below - have 
been hanging around UK IMC for a few years). Just to update, I have sent 
the letter from RPC and other details to Dr. Yaman Akdeniz from the 
School of Law at the University of Leeds 
(http://www.cyber-rights.org/yamancv.htm) who has agreed to look at the 
case. He has not promised anything, but I know of no-one better 
qualified in the UK to offer advice on this - but best that we don't 
bombard him as he is very busy with other stuff too. Hopefully he will 
get back to me by the end of the day though. I have also informed him 
about the server seizure, so he might be able to offer advice on this. I 
don't know if we are archiving communications on the server issue, but I 
got a nice letter (of denial) from the Home Office that I can scan and 
send to be uploaded.
