i'm not sure what this means. does it mean you have some amendments to
the proposal, or are you happy as it now stands? for what it's worth,
imc-communication is currently _not_ viewed as a liaison list by anyone,
either liaisons or moderators, and i think it is working pretty well at
the moment. for example, the way the new-imc debate is ocurring with a
third person (i.e. not a moderator) providing summaries....
blah, i just woke up and not sure if that makes entire sense or not.
