[Imc-uk-process] imc-uk-reports list -- disband it?

Is it one of the most pointless lists? imc-uk-reports

It now has just one listed moderator. Normally I'd appeal for more. But
really why appeal for someone else to spend time wading through spam?

o Reports are supposed to be posted to the website
o The best posts the list gets are stacks of Carbon-Copied Press Releases
o The bulk of the posts are just mass Carbon-Copied rubbish

Any of the 32 people who actually receive mail from this list disagree?

The only time the list actually becomes a useful addition to the
Indymedia reporting system is when the site isn't working properly. Then
we should redirect mail to another emergency list.
