[Imc-uk-process] looking for UK people in new-imc group

Hello Wietse/Notts

I think Ulla is involved in the New-imc group - i presume your 
request was missed - often is on such a mad list - and requests are 
normally taken up by individuals volunteering rather than there being 
any rota or clear structure!

I was involved ages ago but must admit i found the formalities too 
much to try and follow through 5 or 6 requests... but i am sure it is 
better now - if Ulla is too busy, try e-mailing again and ask for 
someone to respond
