this latter problem is what i'm worried about: i think we need to have something
saying that (for example), "people who put their email addresses should be
contacted with regards to copyright; all unattributed work can be considered as
copyleft." (or whatever)

otherwise, we *will* scare off photographers who also try to sell their work.
