[Imc-uk-process] PROPOSAL: new publish page

Hi all,
Overall a big improvement I think, nice one mish :-)
I'd maybe change some of the wording as I think it sounds a bit out of
date. For example:
"Imc UK - United Kollektives - upgraded to a new codebase in 2003. Users
and admin volunteers alike are still getting used to it, although
improvements are continually happening. Please notify imc-uk-tech [at]
lists [dot] indymedia [dot] org about any glitches."
I think we could simply lose the first sentence. 2003 was a while back
now and I don't think most indy users will have any idea what a codebase
is, or give a monkeys that we changed to a new one on 2003 :-)
Also, it think it might make more sense to change the second sentence of
the very first bit to say "during major events..." or "during busy
periods...", rather than "during events such as Genoa, or the wars in
Afghanistan and Iraq".
[end of my 2p's worth]
:-)
