Hello folks

The deadline for the proposal for publish page changes has passed.

So lets roll out the new publish page(s).  

(Warning, from here on it's tech talk)

Cambridge and notts want theirs done at the same time, so it should be
fine to just do a CVS latest on setup_uk.  I've set up the static pages
and css on the uk site already.  (I don't have access to traven so I
can't do it, and would be slightly afraid of mucking something up
anyway ...)

If you do want to do a check it is looking OK then update bundles and
open first, and check the prepublish pages are OK, and try each of the
links off them.

Or roll it all out, but don't do a "Navigation.generate" in admin -
that's the stage that will change the startpage links to use the new
publish (and prepublish) pages.  I'm happy to answer any questions if
necessary.  And Notts would like it done by this Friday ...
