I agree with what Hamish wrote about the fact that creating more new
topics is gonna need a lot more work and will also slow down the working
of the other pages when all these topics pages need generating...

Also, I personally think not many social spaces actually get properly
involved with the running, maintaining, advertising of their regional
Indymedia sites Most of them are under used.

Surely every social centre wants to have their events and issues
intergrated in a local Indymedia website, rather than create a page for
just themselves. Also Indymedia's main aim is to report news. I think
announcing events needs maybe a seperate section that could include
locations and specific social centres, but creating an individual topic
page; hmm, I'm not so sure. Maybe ramparts could set up a local events
diary, like the Veggies Diary in Nottingham:
