[Imc-uk-process] First feedback from IMC-Finance

Hiya,

At the network meeting I took on feeding back from IMC-finace to IMC-UK. 
So, here's the current situation with IMC-finance, the global 'working 
group' on global Indymedia network finances. Just to give you an update:

Recently 2 proposals passed:

1. To give around $1000 to the IMC Mexico for Oaxaca coverage.

2. To give around $3500 to IMC Paris.
Proposal:

So currently the account situation is as follows:

$21,403.30 -- Previous Balance

-$3,805.28 -- IMC Paris Disbursement
-$1,045.00 -- IMC Oaxaca Disbursement

$16,553.02 -- Current Account Balance

There is still a pending proposal from IMC-Africa Nairobi/Kenya and 
World Social Forum IMC.

They've set a deadline for the decision on this proposal: November 27, 
2006; Noon GMT and any feedback from the UK to this proposal would be 
appreciated.

ps. What lists did we exactly agree on me feeding this back into? Was it 
just imc-process or also imc-network?
