[Imc-uk-process] [Imc-uk-features] worried by 'other press' discussion

My one and only attempt at pulling together newswire items into a SOCPA feature
ended up a bit of a mess and my speciality is really quick turn around video
reportage. Also, don't you think Rikki is doing enough already without also
being asked to generate features? I could be wrong but my impression is that
the Collective is not interested enough in SOCPA to make features on it enough
of a priority.
