yeah... the global financial situation appears to be in a bit of a state:

$21,403.30 -- Previous Balance
- -$3,805.28 -- IMC Paris Disbursement
- -$1,045.00 -- IMC Oaxaca Disbursement

$16,553.02 -- Current Account Balance


current proposals:

$4250 for IMC-Africa Nairobi/World Social Forum IMC/Ongoing Kenya
Independent Media Project.

$2500 - brasil imc legal fund (for www.indymedia.org domain registration)

$600 - to pay for the global listserv hosting (sarai)

$3000 - to start a colo in san francisco similar to the riseup one in seattle


** most of these proposals have a DEADLINE OF 1ST DECEMBER **

i have also seen discussion elsewhere of a proposal for about $100 to pay for
previous hosting of the wiki.

overall, this leaves about $6200 in the global account. personally, i am not
sure that they all should be supported - especially the sf colo one. but perhaps
wietse can provide us with more detail...
