[Imc-uk-process] list and site moderation, again

Hi.. and sorry for the delayed email.

1. I don't quite agree with ftp's original proposal to ban DH from the
list(s) [1]. I'd rather go for chrisc's proposal [2]: to send him a
*strong, official warning* and put him on moderation. The same could be
done for the site, I guess, if he continues to be abusive in comments too.

2. As one of this list's admins, i warned Guido a few months ago [3] that
if he did not stop using abusive language in emails and comments, i was
gonna propose taking some action against him. Not much has changed since
(see this last email thread for examples). However, as he is considered to
be part of the imc uk 'establishment', it would be more difficult to apply
the same measures in his case. So my proposal is that this is (seriously)
discussed within his local collective, London (although i'm still not
clear whether he's actually part of the collective or not!) and then at a
Network meeting. In the meantime, I guess we, as a collective or list
admins, can send him another 'official' warning.

3. As to Ben's proposal to be banned too [4], and despite his
not-really-funny comic abuse against FTP, I don't think that should be
taken seriously as it's probably a mere symbolic gesture in defense of his
mate or something.
