Hi
One thing we need to know before we proceed is (a) how
much money, if any, the appeal for funds raised and (b)
what are our current monthly outgoings and incomings.

I think that another server adjacient to the current
publishing one is probably one of the best options.

$200 a year, that's £140 a year to join this organisation
before we start to pay any hosting costs, that is more
than we get from one person with a tenner-a-month standing
order...

What would we get for $100 per month (£70 per month) --
this seem like a lot of money and I think it's more than
we pay for the current hosting of the publishing server
and it's more than we were paying for the hosting in
Manchester and this would be for some server resources
that would be significantly *less* than we would have if
we brought a new dedicated 1U server...?
I'm not convinced by this proposal.
