[Imc-uk-process] Access to admin

Hello all

My admin for the UK site has been stopped. Not seemingly at random as  
a number of other people sill have access that seem to be only from  
the Mayday collective.

I have to assume that the site has been taken over by this group and  
the rest of the UK network has been shut out. Technically i will not  
pretend to understand the background of this but it seems a serious  
action to take.

I see no explanation anywhere on any lists, which i think is needed as  
this is a bigger project that the Mayday collective.
