[Imc-uk-radio] IMC esf/ efcr stream, help needed

hi global & uk radio
hey I know I said there was no imc stream but I changed my mind :)
I wanna do a continious stream during the esf days thurs fri sat 14-17th oct 
of the imc /efcr (european forum of comunication rights)center and get all 
the talks discussions panels and what ever is happening on the stage
i was going to use ahimsa as a mount point but we all know i cant do that 
grrrrrr 

so I need a server to stream to on thurday morning (gmt) can any one help me 
out.
I know i need a url to stream to and a passw to enable it do i need a port 
number and what else do i need
it would be great if the streaming sever can archive the stream in half hour 
chunks but if not we can and then up it to an rachive (nother prob we used 
to archive on ahimsa). 

there will be some really good quality audio stuff if we can do it
So who can help, mail me plz
