Tim sorry i cant help you with the mailman problem
and have a problen myself
but on 2 notes these mails are publically archived so its not a good idea to
put your contact details on them (generally not a good idea to put em on
your signature) as anybody surfing the archives can see them.
and id like to politly ask you to leave your political agendas at home when
mailing indymedia lists as i know this will upset many people (myself
included & i actually find it quite offensive )
I refer to the other part of your sig the communitst party link
(en.internationalism.org)
after all indymedia is non politically affiliated see the UK's mission
statement at http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/static/mission.html
quoting
* Indymedia United Kollektives works on a non-hierarchical basis
* we reject all systems of domination and discrimination
* we acknowledge that the struggle for a better world takes many forms.
The focus of the Indymedia UK collective is on grassroots politics, actions
and campaigns
* Indymedia United Kollektives does not have any ties with political
parties or larger NGOs
* we understand that by lobbying there will be no radical change. As a
collective our attitude is assertive, and where necessary confrontational
sorry this is so long but to explain myself properly i have to c + p the
relevent bits
thanks Andrew

> "Capitalism in its death throes wants to accustom us to horror, to make us consider the barbarism for which it is responsible as somehow normal. The workers can only react with indignation against such cynicism, and with solidarity towards the victims of these endless wars and the massacres perpetrated by all the capitalist gangs. Disgust and the rejection of everything that decomposing capitalism imposes on society, solidarity among members of a class all of whose interests are common, are essential factors in the development of a consciousness that another perspective is possible, and that a united working class has the strength to impose it." Fortunatly, somwhere between chance and mystery lies imagination,
the only thing that protects our freedom, despite the fact that
people keep trying to reduce it or kill it altogether.
