hiya, just isolating specific points into a mail when going

A: Zapata: with the new MIR code, you can do a lot more: to allow
   separate "translations to existing articles". but it could be used as
   well to make a difference between postings of news stories and
   analyses. the same code update will allow for custom validations,
   like limiting the number of topics that can be set to 3, or requiring
   that abstracts of stories are not longer than xxx characters...
