[imc-uk-tech] photo resizing progress

Sorry for the slow progress on this.

I think I've got photo resizing working in the proper way on my local
machine, I'll talk to chrisc or zak tomorrow or Sunday hopefully and put
the code on the development server.  I'll need some help from somebody
who can update the site's html/css templates, so that we can have a link
to the original (large) image as was I think agreed earlier (this is
still the plan right?).

So, maybe by the beginning of next week, like 10 Feb, this might
actually work.

Now, on to making us a better calendar, hopefully.
