[imc-uk-tech] Problem with the changes to the publishing pages

Shouldn't be too much work (famous last words).  The prepublish pages aer just
static pages, so you should be able to copy the cambridge page into a text
file, and then just create the prepublish pages.  You'd need to change the
regional id.  The following line appears once for each button

<input type="hidden" name="to_region" value="9"/>

So change the 9 to the region value.  Also change

<input type="hidden" name="sessiontype" value="cambridgearticle"/>

to have a value of "article" not "cambridgearticle"

Then we just need to go through the templates and change the publish link to
point to href="/en/regions/REGIONNAME/static/prepublish.html" for every
region.

OK, maybe it is a little bit of work.  I can't do it today, so feel free to beat
me to it :) but if not I'll do all that tomorrow.
