[imc-uk-tech] [Fwd: carsistem.ro mailing list memberships reminder]

It's possibly a phishing email, but not in the usual sense.  I've heard
of spammers using such mailman membership reminders to confirm email
addresses before now, which is why it's not sensible to respond to
messages like this unless you are sure you've signed up to the list.
