I have updated the above to:

  new EntityIteratorAdapter("(archiv_url='actions/2008' or (filename='socpa' and archiv_url='actions/2006'))", "title", 30,

Which I think should mean that the only old action topic
that will be available on the publishing page will be the
SCOPA one (Faslane 356 is over).
