[Imc-uk-useability] toolbar icon

The address bar icon for UK sites seems scabby and unclear. The one
for the new climate IMC, used elsewhere too, is much clearer.

There are other good icons around such as for Ireland.

We could even make a new one. Anyway I would like to propose we change
the existing one.

PS Nice that people are now using this list. It went a whole year
without a message in 2004!
