[Imc-uk-useability] useability and hiddens

Hi

Further to ionnek's useability post of 2/11 - it seems there are still
many commenteers who believe that we are a "message board" or "bulletin
board", and it strikes me that there is nothing on the comments
publishing form to suggest otherwise.

Is it worth putting a clear statement about what the comments section is
for, so that people are clear when they make comments?

Off the top of my head - something that states clearly that IMC is a
newswire for alternative news , and that comments are intended for
newswire purposes, are subject to the same criteria as posts and with a
link to the new information about comments that is in preparation?
