[Imc-uk-useability] publish page - regional and simplifications

hey folks

I've done a bit more work done on a cambridge publish page.  So we now
have a prepublish page

And the publish page is

Need to sort out CSS for all this of course

But what do people think about reordering the form a bit?  I've put
selection of the number of media items / ftp items on the prepublish
page.  And then I've put the article box directly under the abstract box
and below that there is a link to the contribute button.
