This is great and well overdue as the old pub page sucks. My 
only gripe is that you've carried over the far too short 
media file name boxes. These need to be MUCH wider than the 
paltry 18 chars at present as if you browse in a lengthy path 
and file name - quite common under \My Documents in windoze, 
the name of the file is lost far off the right hand side of 
the present far too short box. This is very important and is 
almost certainly the reason why quite a few posters manage to 
duplicate some pictures in one post as they simply can't see 
the name of the files they've already filled in.

Also I really think it's only fair to warn the punters that 
if they include their email address with @ sign then they're 
likely to be relentlessly hit with spam.
