[Imc-uk-useability] photo resize help

Hi

Huge pictures continue to be uploaded to the sites and correspondence 
with some of the contributors indicates they have no clue about how 
pictures display on the web (pixel dimensions) nor what to do about 
it.

The G8 preparation people have put up a resize help document culled 
from existing material that offers simple solutions for all 
platforms. I've put a temporary link to this on the pre-publish page 
as follows:

Have you resized your pictures for web? If not, or if you need help, 
see here first.

I'm not sure whether I should have done this without writing here 
first - I checked in IRC and this was their advice - so if I've acted 
out of turn, sorry, please re-instate it to what it was.

I've also duplicated the G8 material, as there's no guarantee it'll 
be up after the G8 finishes, as a new Static Page  "Resizing photos 
for IMC (367341)" and I think it would be a good idea to make a 
permanent (cleaned up) link from pre-publish to this page:
