[Imc-uk-useability] new startpage: progress

Hi everyone,

Just recapping on what we decided at the network meeting: 'we empower 
the sub group that has already done all the work for a new design to 
make decisions on the redesign, and every one can give them feedback and 
participate' (1)

So, we've been working on it more and the new version is now online here:
http://imcuk.isthisnottingham.co.uk/

Changes that were made came from the minutes of the session at the 
network meeting and these were then compiled in a new to-do list. (2)

I've understood correctly, we weren't gonna debate the whole thing from 
scratch, especially as the new redesign will not be set in stone, as 
everyone agreed it will be a definite improvement to the current 
startpage. 'We all agree that we do not want the current design as it 
is, there is consensus that we need to improve it' (3)

So, please all have a look at the new version and maybe feedback/ 
discussion could happen by either putting some stuff on the Startpage 
Redesign Wiki (4) or by email on the imc-uk-process list.
