Is a Video about the transmission network and a
subtitling project hosted on a drupal site

I'm in devellopment mode at the moment - looking a
couple of things specifically with some other people.

* How do we get drupal CMS to behave like we want it
to for video makers?
* How to best do subtitling projects? 

So we could use some more active people in these
projects which are happening via the transmission
network.
