[Imc-uk-video] a question about the meaning of subtitle

The former is film & video TITLES. The a latter are subtitles or lower
thirds because they occupy the lower third of the screen. These
identify who's taliking and diaologue translations.

BTW, I have always been comfortable using a semi-colon followed by a
qualifier. An example might be "Suits and Savages: Why the World Bank
WON'T Save the World.
