[IMC-US] update the banner a little?

i agree with this - my original intent last night when i started
messing around with the banner was to make another set of rotating
banners - i collected a whole bunch of images, of which the brad will
one was just one among many.  i could go ahead and make a bunch more,
also using the images you sent, amy, and adding more as people find
photographs they want to see bannerified....
