[IMC-US] update the banner a little?

ok, i sent this to john, but not the whole list.

i am very much in favor of replacing the banner, but i guess i feel 
weird about replacing it with another brad will banner. it feels like it 
is moving him toward icon / logo status. is there a way we can replace 
the pic of him with some other pic that has been used recently?

how about one of these -- appropriate for the us site specifically?

i don't want to block your moving forward on this, but i wanted to
