[IMC-US] IMCs syndicated to US-IMC

hi all,

I've been updating documentation for indymedia.us today.

I've tried to organize the home page of the indymedia.us wiki

(hopefully everyone can find what they are looking for!)

And I've updated this as well:

If that information above is correct, specifically about the IMCs  
that are syndicated to US-IMC, then this can be updated as well:

While updating the documentation, I came across a few sad sings from  
IMCs, like the RIP from Binghamton IMC
http://binghamtonpmc.org
and other inactive and broken IMC websites.

However, others are showing signs of coming back to life with new  
software, such Colorado IMC
