Ms. Olson's articles are often published to Indybay's Central Valley page,
at http://www.indybay.org/centralvalley

One of the people who publish the Community Alliance works on the Central
Valley page, so I imagine that he may have reposted the article to
Indybay.  I am at work and am not allowed to look at Indymedia sites from
here.
