[IMC-Video] cantennas, community wireless and live video streaming

At our hacklab on wed night, I tried to use a long range directional
antenna setup for 24k audio streaming and it was too slow for even that.
And we weren't using a cantenna, but a store bought directional antenna.
Maybe the problem was that the connection itself was being used by too
many people, as its an open community wireless network.
i've cc'ed our local wireless folks who run that base station, maybe
they know.
