[IMC-Video] live streaming

the commercial cell wireless certainly isn't as good as wifi, but its 
worth trying.

here's a test stream, running at 96k from berkeley.
http://67.90.42.39:8000/test.mp3.m3u

i'll need to setup a darwin streaming server or something like that so i 
can test a h.264 video stream.
