[IMC-Video] video.indy move to berkman

In my experience, berkman, the server that is hosting radio.indy, is very
old and crusty and not super reliable. It seems like a bad idea to move
video.indy there.
I'm asking around sd to see if there are any options for hosting. We
haven't felt like we've had the resources to do that yet, but maybe we
will. We'll definitely need lots of sysadmin help if we offer hosting...
